  • Virtual Group Counseling

    Are you a young adult looking for a safe, virtual place to talk with other people your age? It is nice to know you aren’t alone when trying to move out on your own or deciding when to take the leap. Compare and contrast your ideas and questions with others in a similar life stage.

    Heather has a passion for providing a safe place for young adults to air their questions and concerns to peers.

    Groups run for about four to six weeks at a time. Heather will meet individually with each group member before a group is formed. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested!

All counseling sessions with Heather are confidential through a secure, HIPPA compliant online connection.

Whether you are on lunch break at your first job, or taking time between classes, join Heather for convenient and confidential counseling online.

Heather is a CT certified school counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut. This means Heather is available to clients who currently reside in Connecticut.

Payment Options

Investing in your mental health is one of the smartest moves you can make at this current stage in your life. You can pay for sessions on your own or pay through certain insurance plans. Further details about Heather’s counseling session rates are below.

Should you elect the option of private pay, you may have the opportunity to seek reimbursement in accordance with your out-of-network insurance benefits.

  • Private pay service fees for individual sessions:

    Initial Session Fee (60 min.) $160

    Individual counseling (60 min.) $145

    Individual counseling (30 min.) $75

  • Group counseling* (Five 60 min. sessions)- $300

    *Group counseling is not billed through insurance. It is a private pay counseling service. Payment plans are available.
